How to learn to see?
You can change at will the actions of your daily life, events, simply by imagining the way you want.
Some techniques include:
=> Using Visualization Mental external or dissociated (VMD).That is to say imagined from the outside as a spectator of his action.
Play the game and try it!
First drive, for example ... the morning, just before you remove the plant decor (article1) and imagine how you will spend your day.You will schedule and both the positive and do not be greedy but realistic.
A small tip (especially outside your home) is to close your eyes, it makes things easier for some.Turn in your head, a television, an imaginary screen or simply create a large mirror.
Imagine then this screen or the mirror in the position of your choice and watch you.You are then in the process of optimizing your mental visualization.
To better understand, at a future television broadcast of a race either ski or athletics, watch how they prepare, for example, athletes high jump or boom operators, even the best skiers and championsBobsleigh closing their eyes and reviewing the last time their journey details.
The display touches us every day is a reality we can not rule.Sometimes just an event, an emotion to mentally relive a difficult or enjoyable.
Second drive ...
=> You will now enter the scene with Mental Visualization internal or Partner (VMA).By becoming this time the actor in your movie
Practice of Internal relive your last vacation (or something else positive), connect your pleasurable sensations, what you feel, the impressions of well-being that you experience, your confidence in yourselfon specific acts etc..
When you become familiar with this type of training at the VMAs, you can check your emotions, your feelings, your mental state.
Learn to view it therefore making movies, becoming a true director. On the one hand you are the author of these with the help of the VMD and the other characters you create your "players" (any role confusion) with the VMA.
I tell you a little more in the next section:
